Syyc Shout out!

Wassup goodfellas! 2009 Singapore Yoyo Championship ended yesterday. It was a great event! But the weather was a killer. It was good to see all the players. The young kids are improving real fast. I was amazed. Props to u kids.

Anyways, to tell you the truth, I didn't want join or turn up for the event but spinworkx was short of manpower. So the least I could do was help out abit. And at the same time, I decided to join Double A just for the fun of it. seriously, just for the fun of it. I've always support that category.

I didn't plan any routine or even practice as I'm always busy with National Service. I didn't even expect to qualify for the final as the competitors are really good. The only time I practiced my last minute routine was on the morning show. Winning 3rd place felt good. Finally, I'm on stage with a medal at Syyc. I didn't expect to place 3rd cause the other player was really good compared to myself. I was lucky. My points weren't great either. What's next for me in yo-yoing? I don't really know. I hate competing but I love performing and promoting yo-yoing.

• Judges : Dimi, Hans, Roy, Kentaro, Taka. Thanks for embracin this event.
• Syafiq, khairi, Iskandar, Ali - Great players. Great friends.
• Dimi - Good to see u again! See u soon brother!
• Hans - Thanks for supporting me brother! You've always supported me in AA. Thanks and your hair is super punk rawk!
• Qingwen , Myself, Aik hwee and Fajar : DCS taking 3rd place in diff category. Hilarious
• Panda the soundman thanks for assisting me!
• Darrell! - Mad Skillz! Keep it up and congrats on becoming the new TSX member. U deserve it!
• And those I've forgotten to mention - you guys rock socks in this event!

Some funny moments . Saw this china man in white singlet ran up the stage while we were all running up on stage to do AA with taka. And Russell got on stage when the emcee was asking all winners to get up on stage for a group photo. Iskandar and I were there to laugh it out loud. Simply Hilarious!
